Noah is a personal sparring partner developed by Baeloom. She has her own personality and opinions, listens to what you share, remembers it over time, and helps you understand yourself more clearly. She's not a therapist and she's not a mirror. She's someone to think things through with.

No. Noah is an AI. Her responses are generated by a language model, not a human. That said, she's designed to feel like a genuine conversation: she has a consistent personality, remembers what you've shared, and engages with you honestly.

No, and she's not trying to. Baeloom is not a mental health service and Noah is not a therapist. What she can do is give you a space to think things through, especially the things that feel hard to bring up with people around you. If you're struggling, please speak to a professional.

Yes. Noah builds on what you share session by session. With Living Memory (available on Pro), she keeps track of what matters to you over time, so she can pick up where you left off and notice patterns you might not have seen yourself.

Themes are dedicated spaces for a specific area of your life, things like relationships, finances, identity, or personal growth. Each theme has its own ongoing conversation with Noah, so your reflections stay organized and build depth over time. Free users get 2 active themes; Pro users get up to 5.

Baeloom has a free plan you can use with no credit card required. Baeloom Pro is €20 per month and unlocks everything: higher usage limits, up to 5 active themes, session summaries, progress tracking, image upload, and Living Memory. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Because Baeloom is a digital service that starts immediately, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds. If something went wrong on our end, reach out to us at support@baeloom.com and we'll look into it.

Payments are billed monthly starting from the day of your first successful payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You won't be charged anything until you choose to upgrade.

Yes. Your conversations with Noah are private and encrypted. We never use your conversations to train AI models, and we never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy to see exactly what we collect and why.

When your subscription ends, your Living Memory and chat history are permanently deleted from our servers. This is what we call our 'clean slate' approach. Your private conversations don't linger after your time with Baeloom is over.

Yes, at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app — go to Settings, then Account, and select Delete Account. All associated data will be permanently removed. If you run into any issues, you can also email us at legal@baeloom.com.

No. We will never use your conversations or personal content to train AI models. What you share with Noah stays between you and Noah.

After every session, Noah summarizes what you talked about and what changed. Every 24 hours a new summary is generated so you can track how your thinking is developing over time. This is a Pro feature.

When you reach clarity in a theme, when you've worked through it as far as you can, Noah lets you know. You'll receive an insight card that captures the pattern you uncovered, what changed, and what to do next. It lives with your theme so you can always come back to it.

For the best experience we recommend using it on desktop. That said, Baeloom is a web app that works fully on mobile too. Visit chat.baeloom.com in your browser and add it to your home screen for the best experience. We're working on a native app that will be available in the App Store later on.
