Noah is a personal sparring partner built by Baeloom, with a distinct character and opinions. Noah listens to what you share, remembers it and helps you understand yourself more clearly. Not a therapist and not a mirror, but someone to think things through with.

No. Noah is an AI. The responses come from a language model, not a human. That said, it feels like a genuine conversation: Noah has a consistent personality, remembers what you've shared and engages with you honestly.

No, and that's not the aim. Baeloom is not a mental health service and Noah is not a therapist. What Noah can do is give you a space to think things through, especially the things that feel hard to bring up with people around you. If you're struggling, please speak to a professional.

Yes. Noah builds on what you share session by session. With Living Memory (available on Pro), Noah keeps track of what matters to you over time, picks up where you left off and notices patterns you might not have seen yourself.

Themes are dedicated spaces for a specific area of your life, things like relationships, finances, identity, or personal growth. Each theme has its own ongoing conversation with Noah, so your reflections stay organized and build depth over time. Free users get one active theme; Pro users get up to 5.

Baeloom has a free plan you can use with no credit card required. Baeloom Pro is €15 per month and unlocks everything: higher usage limits, up to 5 active themes, session summaries, progress tracking, image upload, and Living Memory. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Because Baeloom is a digital service that starts immediately, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds. If something went wrong on our end, reach out to us at support@baeloom.com and we'll look into it.

Payments are billed monthly starting from the day of your first successful payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You won't be charged anything until you choose to upgrade.

Yes. Your conversations with Noah are private and encrypted. We never use your conversations to train AI models, and we never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy to see exactly what we collect and why.

Your account stays and continues on the free plan. Your chats stay exactly where they are. Of what Noah remembers about you we keep the most important part, as much as the free plan holds; the rest is deleted. If you have more themes than fit, you choose which one stays active. If you want everything gone, delete your account in settings. Then we erase your data permanently.

Then everything goes. We delete your chats, your themes, your saved messages and everything Noah remembers about you, and then your sign-in details. It happens in one go and cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription we cancel it for you first. The only thing we keep is a record that your account was deleted on a given date, with your email address, because we have to be able to show that we actually did it.

Yes, at any time. You can delete your account directly in the app — go to Settings, then Account, and select Delete Account. All associated data will be permanently removed. If you run into any issues, you can also email us at legal@baeloom.com.

No. We will never use your conversations or personal content to train AI models. What you share with Noah stays between you and Noah.

After every session, Noah summarizes what you talked about and what changed. Every 24 hours a new summary is generated so you can track how your thinking is developing over time. This is a Pro feature.

When you reach clarity in a theme, when you've worked through it as far as you can, Noah lets you know. You'll receive an insight card that captures the pattern you uncovered, what changed, and what to do next. It lives with your theme so you can always come back to it.

For the best experience we recommend using it on desktop. That said, Baeloom is a web app that works fully on mobile too. Visit chat.baeloom.com in your browser and add it to your home screen for the best experience. We're working on a native app that will be available in the App Store later on.
